For Nafisa, peanut butter was never just another spread. It was a familiar part of growing up — and eventually, something she wanted to make her own.

A little curiosity.

Years of experimenting followed: adjusting textures, balancing flavours and returning to the recipe again and again. Her background in food science and food processing helped turn that curiosity into a more considered way of making nut butter.

Melnut brings that personal journey to a small collection of spreads, made to fit into ordinary days: toast before work, fruit in the afternoon, a quiet spoonful at the kitchen counter.
