Return and Refund Policy – MelNut
At MelNut, we take utmost care to ensure that all products are freshly prepared, hygienically packed, and delivered in good condition. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we maintain a strict no return policy.
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure quality control and to maintain hygiene standards.
However, a replacement or refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

The product delivered is damaged during transit

An incorrect product has been delivered
In such cases, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. A valid claim should include clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. All claims must be sent to our official email address at care@melnut.com.
Upon verification of the claim, we will either provide a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note the following:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging for any claim to be considered

Claims made after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted

Minor variations in texture, color, or consistency are natural in nut-based products and do not qualify for returns or refunds
Order cancellations are only permitted before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
By placing an order with MelNut, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
MelNut reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
