Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location. Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or regional restrictions.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, MelNut may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value.
All orders are shipped through reliable courier partners. Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email or SMS, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. MelNut will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is undelivered and returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, the customer may be required to bear additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
